This article provides instructions for using the Extron AV system in A-1061 at the Main Campus, including startup, input selection, audio adjustment, camera usage, and Microsoft Teams meeting integration.
If the system is shut down (both projectors off and screens raised):
Both screens will automatically lower and the projectors will power on. If this does not occur, contact IT support.
Adjust audio in this order for best results:
Usage:
Using a wired laptop connection or wireless device for Teams meetings is not recommended, as the room’s built-in camera and microphone cannot be used this way.
Please move your meeting to the podium desktop.
