A-1061 (Main Campus) - Audio/Visual Setup for Hybrid Meetings

This article provides instructions for using the Extron AV system in A-1061 at the Main Campus, including startup, input selection, audio adjustment, camera usage, and Microsoft Teams meeting integration.

Startup and Inputs

If the system is shut down (both projectors off and screens raised):

  1. Locate the Extron touchscreen panel on the wall behind the podium.
  2. Tap “Press to begin.”

Both screens will automatically lower and the projectors will power on. If this does not occur, contact IT support.
