License Microsoft Office 365 apps on personal devices.

Your JJC account provides access to five Office 365 licenses for personal device installation.

Steps for Desktops / Laptops ⇵

Before you begin, make sure you have the following:

Go to Microsoft 365 Apps Page
In the new Microsoft 365 window, go to the top right corner, click Install Apps, then select Microsoft 365 Apps.
On the left-hand menu, click Apps & devices, then click the Install Office button.
The Office installer will begin downloading.
- Once the file is downloaded, open it and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Office 365 (desktop) is incompatible with Chromebooks.

Alert: Your documents are private and not linked to your account so back them up. JJC IT can't recover lost files or support personal devices.
