Copying or moving OneDrive files into a Team

Troubleshooting or Setup Steps

Step 1: Open OneDrive by opening the app launcher menu in the upper left corner within the My JJC portal, then selecting OneDrive.

• The app launcher is also referred to as the waffle.

Step 2: Find the file, hover over it, and select the three dots next to it. Select Move To.

Step 3: Find the Team you wish to move the file to on the left side under Quick access, or select more places to see all Teams you have access to.

Step 4: Navigate to the destination folder and select move here.

Verification

Please check with other members of your Team to make sure that they have the proper access/editing rights to your file now.
