Follow these instructions if you need to create a form to collect data from JJC staff, faculty, or students.
Troubleshooting or Setup Steps
Step 1: Open Microsoft Forms by opening the app launcher menu in the upper left corner within the My JJC portal, then selecting Forms.
- The app launcher is also commonly called the waffle.
Step 2: Select New Form.
- Include specific details or examples where necessary.
- Add images or embed links if it can't be explained by text alone.
Step 3: Select Preview at the top of the page to check that your form is accurate.
Step 4: Select Collect Responses, adjust options as needed, then select Copy Link. Share the link to collect responses.
Verification
Send the Form to yourself, or a coworker/peer to ensure that it is working properly.
Tip: You can share the Form directly with others, copy the link to share, or create a QR code.
