Follow these steps if you want to recover Teams recordings that may have accidentally expired.
Troubleshooting or Setup Steps
Step 1: Open OneDrive by opening the app launcher menu in the upper left corner within the My JJC portal, then selecting OneDrive.
- The app launcher is also commonly referred to as the waffle.
Step 2: Go to Recycle Bin on the left sidebar.
Step 3: Select desired file and click restore.
Step 4: If you cannot find the file still, check the Second stage recycle bin found at the very bottom of the OneDrive recycle bin page.
Tip: Teams recordings expire after 90 days by default. You should have received an Outlook email warning of the expiration, but can easily adjust the expiration by editing the video details in OneDrive/Stream.
