Users that want to include other users as co-organizers for the meeting, allowing access to Teams options and breakout room management.
Troubleshooting or Setup Steps
Step 1: Create Teams meeting, and include required users in the Required Participants field.
- Your desired co-organizer needs to be directly invited to the meeting.
Step 2: Select More Options on the right sidebar.
Step 3: Click or scroll down to Roles and select participants in the Choose co-organizers field.
Step 4: Click Close window and click Save at the bottom and be sure to send the invite.
Tip: You can also make someone a co-organizer to your meeting during the meeting. You'll need to click on the three dots in the top right during the meeting, and go to your meeting options. Then, follow step 3 above.
