How to Access RAVE

This article shows how to access and change all option within the Emergency Profile (Rave)

How to Access Rave

1. Navigate to the JJC Portal
2. Click on manage Emergency Profile (Rave)
3. Log in with your JJC User name and password (Leave off @stu.jjc.edu or @jjc.edu)

How to Change Mobile Phone number

1. Click on add mobile phone number
2. Enter cell phone number
3. Enter in code that was sent via text message

How to Change Email Address

1. Click on edit next to your email address
2. Enter in new email address
3. Enter in the code that was sent your email

Changing Voice Only Line Contacts

1. Click on edit next to voice only line contacts
2. Add phone number
3. Enter in code that was sent via call
