Make others co-organizers for your Teams meetings

 

Overview

Affected Users: All Teams meeting organizers.

Users that want to include other users as co-organizers for the meeting, allowing access to Teams options and breakout room management.

Troubleshooting or Setup Steps

Step 1: Create Teams meeting, and include required users in the Required Participants field.

  • Your desired co-organizer needs to be directly invited to the meeting. 

Step 2: Select More Options on the right sidebar.

Step 3: Click or scroll down to Roles and select participants in the Choose co-organizers field.

Step 4: Click Close window and click Save at the bottom and be sure to send the invite.
