Overview

Applies to: Students who receive: "There was an error..." when using the ID/Username Lookuptool.

Student accounts are purged after 3 consecutive semesters without taking classes.

Alert: Purged accounts cannot be re-activated and email addresses are lost. Reapplying will not give you the same email address.

Previous accounts are no longer available and all email and email addresses are unrecoverable.
