This article shows how to access and change all option within the Emergency Profile (Rave)

The purpose of this article is to guide you through the steps if you use the account lookup tool and it states "your account does not exist" or you have not taken classes in a while and wanted to know how to proceed.

Students and staff traveling internationally must request temporary access to JJC cloud resources. Requests should be submitted two weeks in advance and include approximate travel dates, destination country. Access is limited to 30 days and must be requested separately for each country.

End users can create and update distribution list memberships in the Exchange Admin Center.

Reset or unlock your Microsoft 365 password and update your computer login.

Update your time zone in Microsoft Account settings to ensure calendar events and meeting times display correctly.
