Request support resetting or unlocking your Microsoft or Colleague/Datatel password.

Prerequisites

Colleague/Datatel:

  • Colleague accounts can only be reset by on‑site support. Call us or select Password Help.

Microsoft Account:

  • Ensure you have access to your multifactor authentication (MFA) method. If you don’t have access to your MFA method, call us or select Password Help.

Support Options

  • Assisted Reset: For Datatel or Microsoft password assistance, call us during business hours listed on the Home tab.

  • Self-Service: For Microsoft passwords, use the Self-Service Password Reset Portal.
