Why Microsoft Authenticator?

Microsoft Authenticator is JJC’s preferred MFA method because it supports:

  • Number sign-in: Secure push notification approvals.

  • Passkey sign-in: Passwordless access using biometrics, PIN, or security keys.

  • International access: Provides one‑time passcodes without needing internet. (Travel outside the U.S. still requires an approved exception.)

Account Access: Handled by JJC on-site Support Only
  • The 24/7 Technical Support Hotline cannot assist with MFA resets if you do not currently have access to your account.
