This article explains what MySecurityInfo is, why it’s important for JJC users, and how to access and use it to manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) devices through self-service.

What is MySecurityInfo?

 

  • Self-service management: You can complete routine MFA changes without a phone call or visit
  • Flexibility: Easily switch between devices or apps
  • Security: Keep multiple authentication methods registered to avoid lockouts and log out of all active sessions
  • Compliance: JJC requires MFA on all student and employee accounts

How to Access MySecurityInfo

You can reach the page in two ways:

Option 1: Direct Link

Option 2: Through the JJC Portal

  1. Go to jjc.edu and log into MyJJC.
  2. Click on your profile picture or initials in the top-right corner.
  3. Select View account.
  4. From there, navigate to Security info to manage your MFA devices.

 

Recommended
  • Always have at least two MFA methods registered
  • Update your methods before changing devices
  • Review your registered MFA methods regularly
